The Parishes of Haxey, Owston Ferry, Crowle, Luddington and Garthorpe are located towards the north-western edge of Lincolnshire on the Isle of Axholme. The area is rural and has it's own identity based on agriculture, especially the cultivation of root crops. The church communities seek to serve all people and to share the love and teachings of Jesus Christ.
We aim to keep you up to date with what's going on in
the life of the church and wider neighbourhood.
Please explore various links,
both to the individual church pages and others, to find out more about our
church communities.
These five churches are pusuing a strategy of working in collaboration as part of the "Time To Change Together" initiative in the Diocese of Lincoln. This means a sharing of personnel and
resources where possible, and reaching out to the wider communities, to include other deanery parishes, in love and action.
