Quiet Day

Saturday 7th September 

10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A day set apart for rest, quiet reflection, and prayer, providing participants with a chance to regain some balance between 'doing' and 'being'. The day will be punctuated by short thoughts or meditations on a theme, each leading into a period of reflection and silence. A light lunch will be provided, as well as refreshments through the day. The Quiet Day will end with an act of worship.
